TODAY : Today is the day!

I am leaving in a couple hours and decided to sit down and write. I am feeling a whirlwind of emotions today: nervous, anxious, excited, sad. I can't believe in a couple hours I won't be babysitting, eating junk, hearing English and staying put in one spot.


Here are my expectations:

• 14 days of CULTURE CULTURE CULTURE!
• Learning new customs.
• Seeing beautiful vistas.
• B R O A D E N I N G my horizons.
• Meeting new people.
• Trying new foods.
• Being somewhere I don't know the language.
• Trying AMAZING chocolate.
• Taking a lot of amazing pictures.
• Learning what's "in" in the fashion world.
• Having MAJOR jet lag.
• Missing my family.
• Long plane rides and bus rides.
• ICEBREAKERS...

COUNTRY EXPECTATIONS

• FRANCE- good fashion, they may hate me?, art, Longchamp, Chanel, Eiffel Tower, R<3mance,>
• SWITZERLAND- Toblerone, Alps, ...
• ITALIA- gelato, family, great fashion [Gucci, Valentino, Armani, Versace] , very good food, gondola rides, vino, beautiful and familiar language..
• AUSTRIA- Sound of Music, really cute looking...
• GERMANY- gummies, clean, funny language, beer...
• CZECH REPUBLIC- fun, cheap, and hip...

Hopefully, my experiences will both live up and not live up to my expectations.
